Pottery and Yoga Retreat Andalusia
Treat yourself to a break and join our pottery and yoga retreat in Spain’s most beautiful surf town.
El Palmar is a small, charming coastal village on the Costa de la Luz in southern Spain, in the province of Cádiz, known for its relaxed, nature-connected lifestyle.
We will be staying at the A-Frame surf camp, which year after year draws us back to Spain not only with its incomparable food. The unique course offerings for pottery, yoga, and of course surf enthusiasts bring together a relaxed community and create a family-like atmosphere that reaches its peak during shared dinners and barbecue evenings.
Start your day relaxed with a yoga session, enjoy a hearty breakfast with a sea view, and discover your creative side at the pottery wheel and with hand-building — all levels are welcome.

Yoga and surf literature, coffee, and games invite you to relax and unwind. As soon as the date is confirmed, we’ll be happy to share our travel recommendations for El Palmar.
The general terms and conditions of A-Frame apply.
El Palmar is a small but picturesque place located on the coast of Spain, specifically in the Andalusia region. This place is especially known for its beaches, which are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. El Palmar is near Zahara de los Atunes and belongs to the municipality of Tarifa, which is famous for its wind conditions and its proximity to the Strait of Gibraltar.
The surroundings of El Palmar are characterized by untouched nature, with long sandy beaches, dunes, and pine forests, making the area a popular destination for nature lovers. In recent years, the village has also established itself as a hub for surfers and travelers seeking a relaxed, less touristy atmosphere.
Besides the beautiful beaches, El Palmar also offers a variety of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy fresh fish and typical Andalusian dishes. The village has a laid-back, casual vibe and provides an ideal way to enjoy the Mediterranean climate without the hustle and bustle of larger cities.
There are no ATMs in El Palmar. We recommend bringing some cash with you.
We recommend bringing warm clothing. It can get cool in the evenings. During the day, it is usually warm and sunny. Good sun protection is advised.
