Marc Leuthold

Has been teaching since 1997 as professor at the State University of New York and has taught at Princeton University and the Parsons School of Design.
Since 2016, he has been a guest professor at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts, Shanghai, and at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He is one of forty Americans who were elected as lifelong members of the International Academy of Ceramics in 1999.

Zwei Tage lang werden wir mit Porzellan im Handaufbau arbeiten. Wir werden einige traditionelle chinesische Formen wie Pinselhalter, Dosen, kleine Tassen und möglicherweise einige Plattenarbeiten erkunden. Diese Formen eignen sich ideal zum Schnitzen und Stempeln einzigartiger Texturen. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit einige rollende Texturwerkzeuge für herzustellen, welche auch nach dem Workshop als hilfreiche tools Verwendung finden werden.

Cancellation by participants: No refund for cancellations within 7 days before the start of the course or after the start of the course. Free cancellation 14 or more days before the course starts. We charge a fee of CHF 50 for cancellations 7-14 days before the course starts.
Course cancellation by organiser: If the course is cancelled by the organiser, the course fee will be refunded in full.
Substitute participant: Admission of substitute participants is permitted.
Course changes: Organiser may change course details; participants will be informed in time.
