Before you apply for an event, please read the general terms and conditions carefully.

General Terms and Conditions: Event

    1. The event application is made in writing by e-mail. As soon as the date is fixed, a written confirmation/invoice will be sent, which is contractually binding.

      1.1 For all special events, the following applies:

      After each event, the resulting objects are finished, glazed and fired by our team.
      The results are ready for collection within 4 weeks.
      Der Event “Tasse im Handaufbau”  läuft über eine Dauer von zwei Stunden, alle anderen Angebote haben eine Dauer von drei Stunden. Zu den Preisen der Events kommt die MwSt noch hinzu.


      1.2 Included Apéro and Apéro Riche options:

      Every morning event is accompanied by a small breakfast with coffee or tea and croissants. An afternoon or evening event is accompanied by a small aperitif with vegan snacks and Prosecco, beer or non-alcoholic drinks as an option.

      Apéro Riche is offered as an additional service. The description is described in detail in the form. If you have a budget or special requests, these should be requested under Special.


      1.3 Payment Terms:

      All bookings must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice.


      1.4 Cancellation Policy:

      From the time of reservation, a flat fee of CHF 200 will apply for cancellations.
      1 month before the event 20% cancellation.
      2 weeks before the event 50% cancellation.

      In general, db pottery studio accepts no liability if personal items are lost or damaged in the studio. Participants are responsible for taking out accident insurance and personal liability insurance for all activities at db pottery studio. Db pottery studio accepts no liability for injuries or accidents.

 

  1. Event content

    2.1 Choice of Law / Jurisdiction:

    Swiss law applies to all legal disputes in connection with the realisation of an event at db pottery studio GmbH. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
